From mission request to confirmed delivery
Before any hardware moves, the deployment is validated in a digital twin of your facility. The configuration that runs in iw.sim runs on the floor.
Mission triggered
A request arrives via WMS, ERP, call button, sensor, or smart gateway. Idealworks OS receives it and dispatches the right robot for the job.
Robot navigates to pickup
SLAM LiDAR navigation guides the robot to the pickup point. No floor markers or magnetic strips required.
Load engaged
Two methods: integrated forks self-adjust to the pallet's position in minimal space with LiDAR confirmation, or the iw.hub docks beneath the Pallet Dock station to lift the pallet or cage without needing a dolly.
Pallet transported
Robot takes the optimal route to destination. Floor-to-Floor Pallet Transport and Floor-to-Station Pallet Transport use omnidirectional drive. iw.hub handles mixed-fleet routes.
Delivery confirmed
Pallet delivered, disengaged, and logged in Idealworks OS. WMS updates in real time.

Integrated forks for point-to-point pallet movement on a single level. Handles TKT containers and offset half-pallets without manual alignment. Best when pallets move floor-to-floor within a single environment.
